Realix ERC 3.2.0 introduces a completely new way to design and build escape-room experiences. At the heart of this release is the powerful new AI Assistant, fully integrated into the Realix Designer.
This is much more than simply opening ChatGPT and asking how something could be programmed. A general AI chatbot does not know your room, your puzzles, your lights, or how your project is structured. The Realix AI Assistant works directly with the context of your open project.
It can understand the objects you have already created, examine their settings and relationships, and use that information to help you build real, working game logic. You can describe what you want to happen in normal language, and the Assistant can turn that idea into a solution based on the actual inputs, outputs, locks, sensors, lights, media, and other objects available in your project.
Stop Writing Every Script Yourself
Creating advanced puzzle behaviour traditionally means writing and debugging scripts by hand. With the new AI Assistant, you no longer need to be a programmer to create powerful interactive logic.
Tell the Assistant how your puzzle should behave, and it can create or edit the necessary puzzle and operation scripts for you. Whether you need to remember a sequence of buttons, count player actions, respond to several sensors, or combine multiple conditions, the AI Assistant helps transform your description into working logic.
Experienced developers also benefit: instead of spending time writing repetitive code, they can concentrate on the creative idea and let the Assistant handle much of the implementation.
Build Complete Effect Sequences with AI
The AI Assistant can also build and edit Effect Sequences using the objects already present in your project.
Describe the experience you want: dim the room, play a sound, flash a light, unlock a cabinet, and reveal the next puzzle. The Assistant understands the available project objects and can help arrange these actions into a coordinated timeline.
It can also inspect your existing project, answer questions about its configuration, calculate timings and durations, identify relationships, and help check whether important logic—such as solved conditions—is complete.
This deep project awareness is what makes the Realix AI Assistant so powerful. It does not merely tell you how something might be built. It helps you build it inside your actual room project.
Unique AI-Generated Light Patterns
Version 3.2.0 also introduces an entirely new level of DMX lighting: high-resolution AI-generated Light Patterns.
Simply describe the lighting atmosphere you want and let AI generate the effect. Create natural candlelight, dramatic thunderstorm flashes, a failing or flashing fluorescent tube, alarms, pulses, mysterious movement, or unique colour fades.
These reusable patterns use high-resolution timing to produce exceptionally smooth, detailed lighting effects that would be extremely time-consuming to program manually. Test the result, refine your description, regenerate it, and use the finished pattern in your Effect Sequences or scripts..
Another new DMX feature, perhaps less impressive but equally important, is DMX Groups, which allow multiple DMX fixtures to be controlled together as a single logical light..
Realix ERC 3.2.0 brings AI directly into the creative process, from puzzle logic and scripts to complete effect timelines and living, dynamic light.
