1) Orders, delivery, risk of loss & customs

Orders are accepted when confirmed by Realix. Delivery terms (including Incoterms, if any) are in your Order. Title/risk pass as stated there. International orders may incur customs duties/taxes/fees payable by you unless stated otherwise; customs delays are outside our control.

2) Specifications, installation & safety

You are responsible for correct wiring, power, environmental conditions, and compliance with local codes/standards. Hardware is not designed for life-safety or other high-risk uses; you must implement fail-safes and manual overrides.

3) Commercial limited warranty (12 months) — all customers

For 12 months from delivery, Realix warrants Realix-branded hardware to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use/installation per Realix specs.
Exclusions: misuse, incorrect wiring/power, loads beyond spec, third-party devices, moisture/EMI, modification, or physical damage.
Exclusive remedy: at Realix’s option repair, replacement (same or equivalent), or refund of the purchase price of the affected unit. Customer pays inbound shipping for evaluation; Realix pays reasonable return shipping for validated claims. DOA window: notify within 14 days of delivery for expedited replacement.
This commercial warranty is in addition to any non-excludable consumer guarantees in your country (see Regional Addenda in the TOS).

4) Returns & RMA (global)

Contact [email protected] for an RMA and instructions. Returns must include the RMA and proof of purchase. For international returns, mark shipments as “warranty return” to avoid duplicate duties where possible.

5) Limitation of liability

Liability limits and consumer carve-outs are as set out in the Terms of Service §14. For B2B hardware claims, our cap is the purchase price of the affected unit.

6) Governing law; precedence

Governing law/venue follow the Terms of Service §20. If these Hardware Terms conflict with the Terms, these Hardware Terms control hardware warranty/remedies, and the Terms control everything else.
