Withdrawal and model form
If you purchase as a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may inform us of your decision with any clear statement. You do not have to use this model form or give a reason. See section 10 of our Terms of Service for the applicable period and exceptions.
Send your notice to info@realix-erc.com or Realix V.O.F., Riviermos 7, 2661MK Bergschenhoek, Netherlands. Include enough information to identify the purchase. For a purchase from a merchant of record shown on your receipt, use that seller's withdrawal process; contact us if you need help identifying it.

An order reference can help us identify your purchase. This page provides the model notice; it does not submit a withdrawal electronically. The purchasing service's online withdrawal function, where required, is a separate way to exercise the right.
